Paul Gardner Allen the 58 year old co-founder of Microsoft with Bill Gates is releasing a memoir titled “Idea Man” which documents his high school days with Gates through to his resignation from Microsoft in 1983, in which many of his factual claims are disputed by Gates. Allen claims that Gates pressured and bullied him to surrender parts of his share holding on the basis of contribution around the time that Allen was diagnosed with cancer and its subsequent implications on his productivity. Allen also claims there were attempts to cheat him out of further share holdings that failed. In the memoir, Allen describes Gates in his high school day’s as extremely competitive, very persistent and keen to show off how smart he was.
